WHAT'S
NOT COVERED
The following items fall outside the structural warranty scope. These are standard exclusions consistent with industry practice.
- Normal wear and tear on finishes
- Cosmetic items (paint, flooring, fixtures)
- Appliances and mechanical systems
- Damage from owner modifications
- Acts of nature (flood, earthquake, fire)
- Deferred maintenance by the owner

The NEXGEN Building Group lifetime warranty covers structural integrity, including the foundation, framing, roof structure, and load-bearing systems. It applies to all build types: commercial structures, custom homes, barndominiums, and pole buildings.
Yes. Every structure NEXGEN Building Group builds, including commercial buildings, pole buildings, barndominiums, and custom homes, is covered by the same lifetime structural warranty.
To make a warranty claim, contact NEXGEN Building Group directly at Sales@nexgenbuilt.net or call (208) 640-2414. Describe the issue and we will schedule an inspection and work to resolve it promptly.
Yes. The lifetime structural warranty is included at no additional cost on every NEXGEN Building Group project. There are no extra fees or warranty packages to purchase.
The lifetime warranty covers structural components. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic finishes, appliances, and damage caused by owner modifications or natural disasters are not covered under the structural warranty. Contact us for full warranty documentation.
